Each Mystery Box includes a curated selection of surprise items chosen at random. You will receive:
1× pair of Model 1 shoes (style and colour chosen at random)
1× large accessory (exclusive tote bag, cap, or unreleased socks)
4× smaller accessories (from a total of 8 different items including unreleased shoe horn, carabiner, sticker pack, pen, poster, coins or similar)
Can I choose the items in my Mystery box?
As the items are randomly selected, you cannot choose what items are in the mystery box. We also cannot guarantee specific colours, styles, or duplicate items across multiple orders.
If I have ordered from Notwoways before, am I guaranteed a different pair?
No, due to the nature of this campaign, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a different pair of shoes. Mystery Boxes are packed at random, and we can no longer track against your full purchase history.
What if I order multiple Mystery Boxes?
If you purchase more than one box (even across separate orders), we will try our best to make sure you get a different combination of products but there is no guarantee that you will not receive duplicate items. We do not track previous orders and cannot guarantee unique items in each box.
Can I return or exchange items from the Mystery Box?
Mystery Boxes are final sale with limited exceptions.
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
The item is faulty or has a production defect
The size of the shoes received do not match your order
Due to the nature of this campaign we do not accept exchanges for:
Personal preference
Duplicated items
General dissatisfaction
Are the product images and colours accurate?
We make every effort to display items accurately on our website. However, colours may appear differently on different screens, and we cannot guarantee that the colour you see online will match exactly.
How much is the box worth?
The total value of our mystery box ranges from £145 to £190 which depends on the M1 shoe, big, and small items received within the box.
How much does a Mystery Box cost?
The mystery box costs £88 (including VAT where applicable) but may change without notice (though changes won't affect dispatched orders).

Can I use discount codes?
No, the 2025 Mystery Box is excluded from unused discount codes and vouchers.
What should I do if an item is faulty or misdescribed?
Contact us at support@notwoways.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the faulty or incorrect item.

Yes – we may update these FAQs, Mystery Box Terms & conditions, and information page at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the update.
How can I get a full refund for my order?
Refunds are only accepted if any of your items are faulty and/or if your M1 pair of shoes is the wrong size.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the original contents of the Mystery Box, which includes: 1 × M1 pair of shoes, 1 × large accessory, 4 × small accessories, 1 × bundle bag, 1 × M1 inner box
All items must be returned in resalable condition, with the original packaging where possible.
Refunds will not be issued unless all items listed above are returned.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a full refund, including standard outbound delivery charges, within 14 days.
Prefer store credit?
You can choose store credit +10% bonus instead of a cash refund. Example: £88 refund → £96.80 store credit
Do refunds include shipping & custom duties?
For UK orders, standard shipping costs (Royal Mail 48hr) are refundable if you return your full order.
For international orders (including the US), shipping fees and any customs duties paid are not refundable.
