Do not place shoes in the washing machine or submerge them in water and other solutions. Doing so will damage their shape, appearance, and quality.
We recommend applying protector spray on your shoes before the first wear and occasionally topping up as per the instructions.
Treat different parts of your shoe separately and with care. Different panels may require alternative cleaning products or variations in pressure. Always clean the leather and textile parts separately. Wetting them at the same time can cause the color to bleed from one area into another.
Always test the product on a small area before applying it to the whole item.
We recommend using an alcohol wipe on the harder parts of the shoe such as the mid-sole and the outer-sole. For textile or suede, we recommend using a soft brush. This will help to get some stains out of the product without using water. Using water on suede will cause it to harden.
Once you've finished, let your shoes air-dry at room temperature and apply protector spray. Do not force dry near an electric heater or radiator. Store in a cool, dry place.
