Welcome to our 2025 Mystery Box. Each mystery box is carefully curated with our favourite Model 1s and loaded with unreleased items for a total value of at least 2x the price of the box. Each mystery box contains 1x handpicked Model 1, 1x big item, and 4x smaller mystery box exclusive items.

  • Campaign Dates: 15 Nov–15 Dec
  • Price: £88 (ex. shipping & custom duties)
  • Delivery: Due to the busy period allow up to 2 weeks for delivery (Please note, our Christmas cut-off is the 8th of December)
  • Returns: You have 14 days to return your order (we only accept returns if the full box is sent back with all items)
  • Refunds: we will process your refund within 14 days of us receiving your order

Delivery time & costs

We’ll dispatch promptly and have timed this promotion to maximise delivery success. As this promotion will run until the 15th of December pre-Christmas delivery is not guaranteed (peak season congestion). Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery (UK orders) and but be mindful that we have limited control over transit times as this is in the hands of your local courier.

For the best chance of receiving your order before Christmas,
we suggest that you order by the following dates:

  • UK: 8th of December
  • EU: 2nd of December
  • US: 25th of November
  • Rest of the World: 25th of November

Returns

Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order at support@notwoways.com. Once approved, you will have 14 more days to send the items back before your return is cancelled. Once with us, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Shipping & Custom duties

  • For UK orders, standard UK shipping costs are refundable
  • For international orders, shipping costs and customs charges are not refundable.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The entire Mystery Box and all items must be returned
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging where possible
  • Refunds may be adjusted if items are missing or damaged.

If any items are missing or damaged beyond reasonable handling, deductions may apply based on the value of those items:

  • Model 1 shoes: Up to 80% of refund value
  • Large item: Up to 10% of refund value
  • Each small item: Up to 5% of refund value
  • Non-mystery accessory bag or extras: Up to 5% of refund value

Deductions reflect the loss in value and only apply where items are missing or damaged beyond what is needed to check them.

Prefer store credit?
You can choose store credit +10% bonus instead of a cash refund. Example: £88 refund → £96.80 store credit

Exchanges

Due to the randomised stock allocation of this campaign, we cannot offer exchanges unless an item is faulty.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty item due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect size, please follow the steps below within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Complete the Returns form: Include your order number, name, a short description of the issue, and 2–3 photos clearly showing the problem.
  2. Add a Note Inside Your Return: Write your order number, name, and the issue on a piece of paper and place it inside the box.
  3. Send Your Package Back: Return the item(s) to the address shown on the returns form and include your return slip inside the box.

Once received, we will arrange a replacement where possible. However, because this is a mystery box product, replacement items may vary in style.
