Dispatch Times

For UK orders we aim to have your goods with you within 4-7 business days. For international orders, we aim to deliver your goods in 7-14 business days.

Delivery Costs

UK Orders are free for orders over £130, and £3.99 for orders under £130. International delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and size of your order.

Custom duties & Taxes

International orders are delivered duties unpaid (DDU), meaning that your order may be subject to additional local duties, taxes, and courier handling fees that you must pay.

Returns & Refunds

Normal orders: You can return any unworn and unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund. Please visit our Return & Refund policy for more information.

Roulette & Mystery Box orders: These orders are allocated at random and may include items you already own. For a full refund on these orders, please return every item of the box or roulette promotion.
