Yes, we ship worldwide. Please contact the customer service team if your location is not available to select at the checkout stage.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and calculated at checkout.

All orders are sent via a fully trackable service.


UK Orders:

Shipping to UK mainland addresses is free for orders over £140, and £3.99 for orders under £140.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.


International Orders:

International orders are sent via DPD and Starlinks (EU), FedEx(RoW), or Starlinks(RoW) depending on your location.

Shipping costs charged by notwoways do not include customs/duties charges, and these may be due on delivery to the carrier depending on your location.

For all deliveries to the EU, with a total order value of under 150 EUR, no taxes will be due as notwoways is registered under the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. A flat rate of 3 EUR duty per item will be charged for orders under 150 EUR.

The estimated delivery time for UK orders is 4-7 business days, and for International orders 7-14 business days.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive email confirmation with your tracking number.

Please note that during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer than usual.

Please contact the customer service team if your order has not been delivered after 15 days.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

• Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
• Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
• Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
• Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf
• Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour it's always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.

Due to the recent tariff changes, orders to the US will likely face an increase in importation costs, paid by the customer.

Here at notwoways, we design our shoes in London and manufacture them at a high-quality factory in China. The US has recently increased the tariffs for products manufactured in China, regardless of the country of distribution, meaning that US customers should be aware that our shoes will now likely incur higher importation charges. Unfortunately, these will need to be paid by the customer. They will be calculated at the point of entry to the country and collected by the delivery partner (starlinks) prior to delivery.
