We will ship the shoes double-boxed to make sure that they arrive safely. Please note, while our delivery partners will do their best to keep the outer shipping box in good condition, we cannot guarantee how transit may affect this. This outer element of the packing does not constitute part of the order.

Our return and exchange policy can be viewed here.

You can return any item up to 14 days after receiving your purchase as long as it is returned in its original condition, i.e. unworn, undamaged, with all original labels and undamaged packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return. Notwoways reserves the right to reject returns which do not meet these criteria.

Costs of returning your order are not covered by notwoways. Please ensure all international returns are declared as returned items, notwoways do not cover the costs of any improperly charged duties on your return.
